Barbara Waśkiewicz specializes in civil and corporate law and has taken an active part in rail sector projects.
Her experience includes broad-based legal services for company law companies. She has actively participated in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings conducted in respect of companies limited by shares. She has played an active role in M&A deals and conducted legal due diligence. On many occasions she has assisted advocates and legal advisors in court proceedings, drafted court briefs, commercial contracts and legal opinions. She has advised on formal aspects of corporate governance and drafted internal corporate regulations and bylaws. Recently, she has been handling smaller transactions from A to Z on her own.

- Supporting an FMCG company in a restructuring process.
- Ongoing support for rail companies and companies from the FMCG sector.
- Advising on the implementation of a PPK employee retirement savings plan.
- Preparing a draft last resort appeal to the Supreme Court in the area of employment law.
- Independently conducting smaller share deals.
- Advising a corporate client on a court dispute concerning termination of an employment contract without notice due to the employee's fault.
- Serving as supervisory board member, supporting the company in preparations for restructuring proceedings.
