Greenfield project – “Rodowita z Roztocza” mineral water bottling plant

September 12, 2019 saw the official opening of a newly built bottling plant for natural mineral water brand "Rodowita z Roztocza" in Krasnobród near Zamość. During the ceremony, Tomasz Dubij was awarded the "First on the Ground" distinction for the high quality legal and tax support that DUBIJ-LEGAL law firm provided to the mineral water producer both in the investment phase and in preparations for the start-up of operations. The law firm's support included legal advice in connection with the construction project, supply of the production line, financing, regulatory issues related to mineral water production, employment, marketing and advertising. We are proud to have successfully completed this complex greenfield project and that high quality mineral water from the pristine Roztocze region is available to consumers in Poland and, hopefully, will soon be available overseas.
