Polish-Iranian Business Meeting

26 November 2019

Robert Semczuk

On 26 November 2019 a Polish-Iranian Business Meeting was held in Warsaw, organized by the Polish Chamber of Commerce and the Polish-Iranian Chamber of Commerce. At this extremely important event for Polish-Iranian economic cooperation, DUBIJ-LEGAL was represented by Attorney-at-law Robert Semczuk.

The opportunity to hold business talks with representatives of Iranian commerce arose in connection with a visit to Poland by a business delegation from the Alborz Chamber of Commerce, Industrial, Mines & Agriculture. During the meeting, issues concerning business opportunities of Iranian and Polish entrepreneurs were discussed. There was also a B2B session with representatives of the Iranian food, construction, textile, IT/ICT and tourism sectors.

More information about the event is available on the KIG website: https://kig.pl/uslugi/znajdz-zagranicznego-partnera/wizyty-zagranicznych-przedsiebiorcow-w-polsce/szczegoly/14882/.

Despite the difficulties caused by the American sanctions imposed on Iran, Poland's trade with Iran has been growing steadily for several years. At the end of 2018, the value of Polish exports to Iran exceeded PLN 281 million, while the value of imports from Iran reached PLN 641 million.
